    1 . Assessment of learning
    2 . Assessment for learning
    3 . Assessment as learning

    Numeracy-Counting and decomposing numbers, patterning, subitizing, estimating

While conducting an assessment for language, literacy and numeracy, The major key practices which can be conducted are different strategies like maintaining observation notes, checklist, rating scales, video taping & audio recording, rubrics & portfolio for each and every activity. Planning & designing of the activities which carry rubrics in the systematic way. Third, the intervention and continuous progress while assessing on different activities as well as type of specific groups.

  7. Assessment can be planned in numerous manner so that the best possible result can be obtained. it can be assessment for learning , as learning and of learning. We can plan assessment in such a way so that holistic result can be obtained. Students literacy, numeracy and motor skill can be judged by planning a suitable assessmnent.

  9. While planning assessment for language , literacy and numeracy, we should focus on covering major areas related to the holistic development of students. A teacher should maintain the important records like checklist , rubrics, Audio- video sample of students, rating scales and written samples to judge a students in all the important areas. The assessment can itself be used as a means of learning if it is planned meticulously.

  12. Assessment is a planned, systematic,structured integral part of the curiculum which helps the teacher to know whether desired LO has been achieved or in progress.

    While planning assessments for FLN teacher must keep the following records in mind before conducting any activity. They are:
    # Performance samples of child
    # Use of an auio video clip.
    #Samples from different activity area created in the classroom for the specific activity.
    # Documentation of participation of child.
    # Portfolio
    #checklists and Rubrics based on the planned and designed activities in prior.
